Did you have a ‘meh’ day? Want that ‘feel-good’ movie? I’ve been watching a lot of those lately as you might have noticed from my reviews.

Nothing better to brighten up your day than dance and music. In reality, I watched what brought me to this movie was Liza Koshi. I’m a big fan of her ideals, hard-work and mood. She is a big mood. I mean, her short videos on Youtube of her dancing and her humor is refreshing so I was hoping to see that on this movie.

I define a good dancing movie by the way it makes me feel. Makes me cringe? meh. Makes me want to dance and feel the beat? Yes!

Well this one was a beat-feeling movie for sure.

I am not a dancer or anything but I am a big advocate for the message of the movie which I believe to be: you don’t have to know how to dance, all you have to do is feel the beat, the rest comes with it.

Very true. I don’t study dance moves. I don’t know much about it at all. I enjoy feeling the rhythym and making stuff on the spot though. Also, I don’t think I don’t suck at it surprisingly.

Anyways, back to the movie, if you have ever watched a ‘dance movie’ you know the story. It’s always about competition. This competition means everything and if they don’t win there’s alwaysa huge consequence = end of the world as we know it.

There’s not much that I can say about this one. It’s fun. Competitive. With romance in the mixture as always to give that extra edge of story. There’s disappointment. There’s retaliation.

It’s a cool movie to watch if you have the time. ~ Feel the rythym ~

I’ll try to watch more interesting movies to review. Been on a roll of feel-good movies though. It won’t go away that easily.
