I guess you can say I was pretty obsessed with Harry in 2017 (when he released his last album). I was never into 1D but I think Harry is the one that gets me.
His music is not commercial. His beat is relatable and confusing in its message. It’s a chill ride of ups and downs.
Even the my hamster’s name came from one of his songs, although I then noticed that it was a pretty common name for a hamster (Kiwi).
I am not one of those fans that when becoming obsessed with a song starts stalking and knowing everyhting about the singer. I usually see the artist by what they do and stand for and not what they are. I guess that’s a personal choice but also it’s because I don’t want to be disappointed.
I try to see myself in the artist’s songs and not the other way around. Selfish of me, I know. If not relatable, I look at the story. You would be impressed with the stories you can hear from songs. I mean…twenty one pilots are the kings of that.
All of this to say that I have no idea if Harry is a good person or not. I was disappointed that he did not accept to be a Disney prince charming but I’ll get over it. I just appreciate his music and I can’t wait to hear this next album.
I hear it’s about sex and being sad about it. What a concept. Anyways, my opinion is that it will be every bit as confusing as the last one. Very excited.
