I’m sick…too often

I would rarely get sick in Portugal. I would even just usually go to the hospital just for check-ups rather then emergencies.

Then, England happened.

I don’t know if this is a new virus going around that has some super-strength but it is horrendous.

My first year here I had a minor cold and after a week (as usual) I came to my normal senses.

Second year was awful. A new cold every week. I even had one that lasted 2 months in really bad fever.

I feel as if I can’t even get out of the house or I’ll get something new.

Is it my body that is weak? Is it the people that just transmit the virus without care for others? I don’t know. I just know that I’m not the only one.

It’s so frustrating, just hope I don’t get one in my crucial dissertation days.
