– And today I almost cried seeing Cristiano Ronaldo in a showcase.
What’s more sad about this is that it is true, my eyes were getting especially watery. Just see this scenario… Night time at a Christmas market full of lights with Christmas music invading every corner and there it was, Ronaldo publicizing his new CR7 Adidas. I felt proud of my country (Portugal) and the great people it has and then I starting thinking about my parents, my friends, even that little bird that used to sing every morning just outside my bedroom.
Still, I love being here and I wouldn’t trade this opportunity for a thing.
